Cancellation and refund policy:
We can issue a full refund if cancelations are received at least 48 hours before the course or if bad weather prevents the course from happening. For large group courses, you need to cancel two weeks in advance to receive a full refund.
No Show policy
If fail to show up to your course, we will charge the full cost. Our season is short and every day matters.
Weather policy:
If it has rained heavily in the morning, is raining when you wake up, or looks like it's going to rain, please contact Forged Guides at (715) 503-0581. We come to the office early on bad weather days so we can check the weather radar online and decide whether or not to cancel a course. Calling us can help you avoid an unnecessary trip.
Keep in mind that the rock in our area dries quickly, and we have a lot of experience with local conditions. We base all of our weather decisions off of a few general principles like would I go out and climb personally in this weather and will the group have a good time? If the answer is no, we will provide a full refund and/or try to reschedule the course.
Park Pass and Entrance Fee policy
You will need a park pass to park at Interstate Park. There are multiple places to buy a park pass and different options to choose from.
