What to expect - Multi Pitch Climbing Class

Our Forged Guides Multi-Pitch climbing class is often taught on single-pitch terrain to zero in on smooth, safe transitions — moving onto the anchor and off the anchor. Transitions are the critical skill for climbers beginning multi-pitch routes, and they deserve focused practice. We start with a thorough ground school covering fast, reliable anchor construction, efficient belay-on techniques, and rope management. Once you’re confident on the ground, we transfer those skills to the wall, practicing the same maneuvers in real climbing scenarios. By breaking single-pitch routes into simulated multi-pitch sections, we dial in transitions, build rope-team communication, and ensure you can move confidently and safely through true multi-pitch terrain.
